Flu Vaccine Clinic Coming to the Barstow Senior Center – December 5, 2025
As cooler weather moves in, it’s the perfect time to make sure you’re protected for the season ahead. We’re excited to announce that the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health will be hosting a Flu Vaccine Clinic right here at the Barstow Senior Center on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This convenient community event offers standard flu shots as well as high-dose flu vaccines for adults 65 and older. These vaccines are specially formulated to offer better protection for seniors, whose immune systems may need an extra boost. If you haven’t had your flu shot yet this year, this clinic is an easy and accessible way to get it done.
A few things to know before you arrive:
- Flu shots only will be offered at this clinic.
- A parent or guardian must be present for anyone under the age of 18.
- The event takes place inside the Barstow Senior Center at 555 Melissa Avenue, Barstow.
- No appointment is required — simply come during clinic hours.
Getting vaccinated is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and those around you from seasonal influenza. It’s quick, it’s safe, and it helps reduce the spread of illness in our community.
Whether you’re a senior looking for the over-65 dose or simply need your annual shot, we encourage you to stop by. Let’s work together to keep Barstow healthy this winter!
